Content of the workshop: “Color World Games” are artistic and philosophical workshops to support the development of the participant, encouraging to get to know oneself better and to developing his expressiveness.
Over the sessions, we evolve around the 5 elements that surround us : air, water, fire, earth, space.
By connecting to the nature of the elements, we allow our own nature to display its expressiveness.
Through creativity, we explore techniques such as dance, theatre, mime, yoga, play, meditation, massage … as well as sculpture, drawing, painting, calligraphy, collage, weaving…
All these elements create a dynamic where everyone is simultaneously actor and creator.
